1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of the MedExamPrep application and the medexamprepration.in website. MedExamPrep is operated by Neomed. By using the application or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant service.
2. Accounts and account information
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization. Neomed may request reasonable verification before processing an account-related request.
3. Learning information and user content
Learning activity associated with an account may include test attempts, submitted answers, scores, learning history, progress, bookmarks and saved materials. You may request account deletion using the in-app option described in the Account Deletion Policy. Eligible account-linked information is deleted or appropriately anonymized, subject to legal and legitimate record-retention requirements.
4. Account deletion
You may request deletion at any time through the account or profile settings in the application. Neomed aims to complete valid requests within 30 calendar days after submission and any necessary verification. Deletion may remove account access, learning progress, test history, answers, bookmarks, saved content and personalization information, and this information may not be recoverable.
5. Subscriptions, billing and payment records
If you use a paid subscription or service, purchase, transaction, invoice, refund, chargeback, subscription-period and related compliance records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, payment-provider, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. Where feasible, retained financial records are separated from the active account and limited to what is necessary.
Deleting your MedExamPrep account does not necessarily cancel a recurring subscription managed by an external app store or payment provider. You must separately cancel through the provider that manages the subscription to prevent future renewals. Remaining access, refunds and billing matters follow the relevant subscription terms and provider procedures.
6. Retention after deletion
Some information may be retained after deletion where necessary to comply with law or lawful requests, meet accounting or tax obligations, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or address security incidents, resolve billing disputes, or enforce applicable terms. Retained information is limited to what is reasonably necessary, access is restricted where appropriate, and it is deleted or anonymized when the applicable purpose ends and no lawful basis remains.
7. Backups, logs and service providers
Information may remain temporarily in system backups, disaster-recovery copies or technical logs after it has been deleted from active systems. Where immediate removal is not technically feasible, it remains protected and is removed according to the applicable retention schedule. If a backup is restored, Neomed will take reasonable steps to reapply deletion requests where necessary.
Neomed may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, subscription management and other technical services. Where providers process personal information on Neomed’s behalf, Neomed will take reasonable steps, consistent with applicable agreements and legal requirements, to communicate deletion instructions where required. Providers may independently retain limited records where they have their own legal obligations or lawful reasons.
8. Security
Neomed takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information retained after account deletion remains subject to appropriate protection and access limits.
9. External services
App stores, payment providers and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies and processes. Neomed is not responsible for terms or services controlled by those providers. Please contact the relevant provider about its records, subscription cancellation or payment procedures.
10. Changes to these terms
Neomed may update these terms to reflect changes to MedExamPrep, its subscription arrangements, technical systems, data-handling practices or applicable legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this website.
